Just a new shot of the WK-209 admiring the sunset. :D
I like it, it looks menacing
:D And I was trying to set a nice calm mood.. You may be right though.
Unfortunately, giant mechs aren't known for being particularly calming in any situation.
That might be it. Should have used kittens instead.
what side is this one?
The WK-209 is from the arsenal of the Old War defenders of New Eden.
is that OPFOR or BLUFOR?
It is actually the "Civilian" side. Lets see if I can explain this in Arma sides. :D
Factions will go as follows:
Blufor:
Hastur Corp : (The Orange and cyan colored salvage corporation and playable faction in the upcoming gamemode)
Opfor:
Blackbird Salvage INC : (The bone and red colored salvage corporation and also playable faction)
These two will have their own arsenal that the players begin with as they arrive to the planet.
Then there will be two factions that once in the past waged war on the planet:
Independent:
The yet unnamed faction that attacked the planet (What we sometimes call "Blufor" of the war, misleading yes, but is so because Duke there who models the "Blufor" corporation also models these)
Civilian:
The also unnamed faction that defended the planet (And the Opfor of the Old War also misleadingly dictated as Opfor because Im doing the "Opfor" Corporation)
This Walker, the WK-209 belongs to the defender faction (civilian in arma terms) and destroyed and operational ones will eventually be scattered amongst the abandoned battlefield as all "Old War factions" arsenal. They can then be salvaged for the corporate players to use. So they are not part of the starting arsenal but have to be found.
