I wanted to give an update about my comp. If you have been visiting here over the years, then you know I am really the only original dev left that checks this page consistently and tries to offer help when I can. I will continue to do so indefinitely and appreciate the help of stalkers like Morbid, Toast, Stachelhaut, zlostnypopolnik, etc...
Regarding "LB's Comp:" I had mentioned in a couple post replies that I am working on fixing/streamlining the Duty quest fork. I am about 75% done, it may release in another month or two. With that, I will consider this version final. LB's Comp will be renamed to STALKER LOST ALPHA: REVISITED or (LAR) for short. I am dropping the DC portion, since 1.4007 is already DC and I wanted to avoid having to many things named DCXXX.
It will be uploaded on this page as normal, so people will just need to download vanilla 1.4007 and then LAR if you wish to play it.
Regarding DCE: DCE will no longer be supported on this page. You can still find out dated information about it here though:
Regarding the future of LA: When LAR releases, I will most likely retire from modding anything related to the original 3 STALKER games, including LA. I hope some others modders take up the torch and continue modding LA. As mentioned, I will still offer help when I can and release any bug fix patches if possible though.
Thanks to everyone that stuck around all this time and for anyone new wanting to try LA, I suggest trying LAR when it releases. It will include all previous versions of my comp along with the new revised Duty quest fork.

Your versions are the best and made me replay it for a 3rd time. I think I will enjoy it one last time when You release the final edition.
