Damn, if only it was possible to make the grass draw distance reach the horizon without messing up it's appearance.
If they make the terrain colour slightly "greener", the grass border wont be so noticeable. It's not noticeable until you search for the border though :D
you cant change the terrain colour to match with every skybox :) somewhere it would look ok, in other places it wouldnt.
All grass and terrains will be tweaked once the geometry editing process is finished. I think that particular detail texture (grass) came straight from SDK. SDK produces a bit too dark mip-maps in the distance.
