Silly question but, I know LADC but what is DLC?
Will these new maps come in the next patch or will the mod be considered final on the next upload?

DC is both a patch to standalone LA, and will probably arrive as a standalone installer too..
DLC stands for "Downloadable Content", aka. extra content, old name: addon. The upcoming patch/update won't contain this map, it will be added later, when its finished in a dlc pack.
If I may ask, why wont you just integrate these addons into LADC?
Wouldnt it be better to build up/add to your mod then to have it in later parts?
because the weapons dlc will contain many weapons made by others, and the base LA never contained 3rd party content, only own made and remade GSC materials.
Besides, we don't want to force anyone to use the weapons addon, for instance I'm not interested in it, but I know there are some players, who will love it.
The new levels addon is simply not ready yet, and will not want to delay DC 1.4005 just because of that. A dlc will be better than nothing in this case too.

Not sure if it's yet another bug of X-Ray, but at the very end of LA (when you're supposed to meet Ghost outside X-2 in the "Generators 2" map) there is supposed to be a flyover cutscene of said map which then spawns the player back in Cordon to start freeplay. However, despite having full health, full hunger and full thirst, as soon as the cutscene starts my character dies saying that I need to fix my thirst/hunger problems, screen goes black, snooring audio samples play in the background, then after a while the ui reappers with the clock going incredibly fast but nothing happens and can only reload a previous save only to have the bug happen again.
its a known issue with 1.4002, it was fixed since then (there are some unofficially released patches on certain forums for wider testing purposes which also contain this fix). The only way to bypass it is to use godmode (g_god 1 in console) then you can disable it.
