ModName: Lordmaniac'sModVer3
ModInfo: Every unit and building build in one sec and a health regen rate of 90.
All three commander build rates have gone back to 10. Their tech 2
upgrade back to 30 and their teach 3 upgrade back to 90.
Bugs: For some reason this mod dose not work with the Vioces Are Over mod.
Also when you upgrade the cybran Shield Generator you can't see the building
but you can still see the shield and target it.
Install: Just put the Lordmaniac'sModVer3 folder in your mod folder. Be sure
to remove Lordmaniac'sMod or Lordmaniac'sModVer2( if you have them) before
using this mod.
