Lord of Universalis 2 is a complete overhaul mod for EU4 that brings the world of Tolkien into the game. The mod offers more than just the regular timeline from The Hobbit and The Lord of the rings and got unique features only seen in this mod.

Hey Folks,
Long time since you have heard from me, but as always, I have been busy. Mostly personal stuff, but also regarding the mod. I am writing this blog update, so that you know that the mod is being worked on. But a lot is going on behind the scenes, so what I am mentioning today is far from everything done so far.
Gondor is properly on the Factions either most played, or most played against. Being the big blue blob of the mod is it kind of impossible to not encounter them. Therefore, we believe they need special focus, with own mission tree and Government Structure (Stewardship).


So, a lot has changed in the region of Gondor, here are some stats below.
Old Map (Gondor Region):
- 114 Provinces
- 19 Areas
New Map (Gondor Region):
- 154 Provinces
- 31 Areas

Also, important to notice is the change of the unit models, thanks to MrAdrainPI. Not only has the Infantry unit changed, but also a unique model for both cavalry and Artillery. Also, a subtle detail is the quality of the flag improved significantly. (See Images below for references).

Well that’s everything I have to say about Gondor so far. Other stuff being worked on atm are: Estates, Disasters, Ideas and The Map.
