B. Balence And correct any problems made form these changes.

The mod was created on TibED 2
ow and pwned my mod files were deleated in a blue screen attack so this is the final make.

the more i play this mod i begin to realise, there is a real balance in everyone being un-balance. sure rifemen can take out scrin tanks, but they are GDI infantry!! the best in the world, they deiserve to kick *** and chew bubblegum. even when out of gum.
Does this mod change anything for Global Conquest mode?

no offence but my mods menu is getting clogged
it changes the unit specs n stuff, you don't have to play its just a bit of fun
