If you did not use a file manager like FOMM to install this mod then you will have to remove the files a directories manually.

I have installed with the Nexus Mod Manager.
And that was your greatest mistake. Use FOMM and you'll never have problems :)
Is it compatibile with NV and Character Overhaul?
This doesn't seem to add any new hairstyles or eye colors. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something wrong with the mod?

Okay, I keep getting an error when I attempt to install this with FOMM.
Access to path 'C:\Program Files(x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout New Vegas\Data\meshes\characters\head\headchild.egm' is denied.
Anyone have any clues?
I tried to install it via NMM and that resulted in it mostly destroying Children of the Wasteland. The entire shop was missing save for the door and the kids inside were all missing textures and their bodies. It even made the children's clothes turn invisible when worn.
How do i install it as when i try to use it with a mod on loot it says its missing
