Yuri has stolen the plans for the Weather Control Device and creates his own. He uses it to create a Lightning Storm all over the world. The Allies and Soviets team up to defeat Yuri once and for all. This mod adds tons of new units and buildings to the gameplay. Allies and Soviets will be together in one mission switching back and forth as you play, and you will be able to play as Yuri. The Civilians have an army now.

I am about to release a Beta version of my mod, but I need some help before I release it, the main thing I need is a Yuri Weather Control Device. Any help would be much appriciated.

well I completely halted work on this mod due to school, work, life, and the fact that there were so many errors for myself alone to handle and I had no other help. If I had some experienced help I could finish this thing by the end of the month.
