HFM less infamy Version
Full Version 3 commentsThis is a submod of HFM, which makes infamy smaller when justifying.
Basically it reduces Infamy so you could be less limited by it , In the pictures you can see Before and After. Now it has HFM version for those who want to use both mods.

It.s not different from using envent 18540 in cheats, and being honest, they are the same
the point of this mod is to make people less cheat , i really dislike the infamy system in Victoria 2 , so i just reduced it in this mod , and the reason why this is not cheating , because you still kinda get penalty from infamy , you still need to wait to get it low , and if you just used an event , you could just make it 0 , but in this mod you can't , if this was No infamy mod , then it is cheating
