This mod places one of each race's legendary lords into another faction of that race so that you can play coop as the same race.
Empire: Balthazar Gent -> Stirland
Greenskins: Azhag the Slaughterer -> Black Venom
Dwarfs: Ungrim Ironfist -> Karak Kadrin
Vampires: Heinrich Kemmler -> Schwarzhafen
This doesn't include the chaos lords alternative starting positions.
If you have more lore appropriate suggestions for where these characters should be placed, please post in the discussion thread and in a future update that can be changed.

Here is how the new start positions will be
Gelt: Nuln (Wissenland)
Azhag: Karak Ungor
Ungrim: Karak Kadrin
Kemler: Mousillon
DLC lords
Volkmar: Averheim (Averland)
Vlad: Schwarzhafen
Helman: As the only other vampire faciton has 5 regions, it would be unbalanced to give Helman to them. For Helman to be included, would require creating a completely new vampire faction. So for this update he will not be getting his own starting location. You will still be able to choose him as a Vampire Count starting lord though. I wont be creating any new faction for this mod whilst it is still being patched and with DLCs pending, because every time the game is updated I pretty much building the mod from scratch and thus try to keep what's needed to be done to a minimum.
To keep this still challenging, those factions (eg red eye and wissenland) who have more than 1 starting region will have their extra regions given to a neighbouring faction.
