Adds support for 2-3 player cooperative gameplay to the Starcraft II campaigns. Can be found on the arcade of Starcraft II. "Wings of Liberty Coop" "Coop Hots" "Prologue Coop". Working on porting the Lotv campaign.

The UI is still being worked on, but thanks to our talented mapper, we can now show some of the terrain adjustments to the bases of the players.
