A redo and editing of the Lazarus 3 Mod,

I edited the Lazarus 3 Mod into something more lean and less annoying on some features.

Changelog:

- Redid entire file format so that it runs smoother and looks better.

- Deleted Music- Allows for custom music.

- Got rid of the annoying soul tree things that overpopulated the original mod.

- Edited Pistol to have lower damage but shoots fast still- retains its alt-fire

-Edited Shotgun- has altfire of triple burst

-edited SSG- Has the grenade launcher alt at start. Slowed down reload speed

-Edited Rocket Launcher. Has Alt fire of like a napalm grenade. it hurts a lot. be careful.

-Deleted upgrade bots because they overpopulated.

- Edited Fists so they don't make the old annoying yell noise every time you swig.

- Added Doom THOHT monster decorate script so monsters were more equal to challenge-- By Kalensar

- Fixed Texture issues and Sprite issues on monsters. Replaced DoomImp sprite with the D4Vclassic version.

- It is compatible with vanilla map wads for Doom 1 & 2, Freedoom 1 & 2, Plutonia, TNT and any custom maps that use vanilla assets.
