In this update we have a look at the army of the Duchy of Warsaw (i.e. Poland)

Posted by on

Hello again,

Today we're taking a look at the army of the Duchy of Warsaw. The Duchy of Warsaw has created by Napoleon in 1807 from Polish territory captured from Russia.

In 1809, the Polish army led by Prince Poniatowski played a major role in defeating the anti-French Fifth Coalition. Despite being badly outnumbered and unprepared, the Polish army drove out an Austrian invasion and successfully defended all of Napoleon's northern front during the war.

In these screenshots you'll see Polish Fusiliers, Grenadiers, Voltigeurs, Uhlans and Chasseurs a Cheval. Polish infantry was among the best in Europe, and their Uhlan Lancers are commonly called the best Cavalry of the Napoleonic-era.

Will you make many nations like in Napoleon TW or just couple biggest ones?
Hope you add plenty of minor nations, they bring feeling of history in it!
