At some point I'll do some new poses for the officers in castles (or at least what used to be castles), so they won't always use the native gorilla animation.
you guys are awesome and i think you all have unhealthy obsession in perfection.
this is my diagnosis XD
I had a friend in high school who started to stand like that after first playing M&B, he thought it made him look tough or something. "I'm a ******* knight, dude, pretend I'm holding a sword right now." He'd even do that shifting his weight thing from foot to foot.
That made me cringe.

Are you planning to put his "one hand inside his suit" pose like in his portraits in the future?
i believe this would require a new suit.
given the engine, the costumes can't be stretched,
so if you must have a hand inside a costume,
you must create a costume with an extention-hole for him to place
his hands on... too much work for little gain.
also in battles, given that he is shown in the
battlefield, it will be pretty akward, havin a costume over-stretched, with a hole in it.
Well, it's just an idea. Even then, this one looks amazing without that pose. Also, you're right. It's very awkward to see the Emperor having a hole in his waistcoat in the battlefield :D

you made it resemble the actual person - something that's quite hard with m&b engine; where the characters we made will hardly even resemble a person...
