This is a little mod I made for myself that help overcome some of this game's limitations. This mod allows you to manage craftsmen,release nations as puppet/sphere but only give them cores on provinces that are not also your own cores and reduce Infamy. Utity Mod is compatible with other mods such as HFM as it doesn't modify or use any of the base game files.
