HIGHLIGHTS

- NEW CAMPAIGN: JEDI OUTCAST; Journey through Kyle Katarn's epic quest as he discovers a sinister threat to the New Republic and learns to embrace his destiny as a Jedi Knight. (Jedi Outcast sold separately)


- NEW BONUS MISSION: JEDI OUTCAST DEMO; Released prior to Jedi Outcast's debut, Kyle Katarn and Jan Ors must work together to neutralize an Imperial Installation on the planet Alzoc III.


Jedi Outcast must be installed through our brand new launcher. Click on "Configure Jedi Outcast" and you can install Jedi Outcast into KotF.

In efforts to discourage piracy, Jedi Outcast's campaign is strictly a Launcher exclusive, and you must already own an actual copy of the game Jedi Outcast for it to work.

Please show the developers your support and purchase Jedi Outcast through whatever official channels you can use if you have not done so already.

Hi ! first thank you for your work. But i have a problem. When i select my Jedi Outcast Gamedata folder, it told me "Jedi Outcast was not detected". It's an official version of the game, not a piracy one. So please tell me if you can help me !

Jedi Outcast works mostly great! It's certainly playable, I'm surprised the only bugs I could really see were cutscene related. The only part that, while still playable, is really annoying, is the anti-gravity section after Galak on doom_shields because, well, there's no anti-gravity. But things like the electric floor are still avoidable thanks to the protect ability.

Other than that the only bugs really were odd slow walking animations during cutscenes. The female imperial officers plus Jedi Outcast's scripted male dialogue led to some funny instances. It's a shame Kyle doesn't get given his bryar, although I get it's a separate weapon in JKA and I don't know how easy it is to implement. Quite funny that it's used as a placeholder for the lightsaber but then it disappears on Nar Shaddaa anyway.

Only other slightly odd things are that Jan and a few Imperial Officers don't use altfire when I know they should, even though Lando and some others use it fine. But all in all it's the Jedi Outcast I know and love but with KoTF's incredible improvements AND with all of Jedi Academy's moveset. thankyousomuch

Oh just thought I'd mention one other pretty funny thing I noticed. When you go meet Luke at Yavin he's using his classic model from vanilla JO. But then when you run into him on Cairn he's using the updated KoTF model. Not a huge thing again, but it just made me chuckle

Great mod, but I have a problem. Bowcaster shots are invisible, mines blue laser as well, is there a fix for it?

Bowcaster shots turned visible after first part of the mission, but Im unable to change saber styles later in game, also I can't see mounted turret shots :/

Strange, I tried reinstalling both games and mod, maybe the GOG version could be the issue or I'm just unlucky. Anyway thanks for reply.

Alright first i'd like to say love the mod and all the work you've done. Really great. I know you have bigger issues but if and the problem i have is probablly only going to be with me so if you have to devote time to literally anything else, do that first. So im the only person on planet earth that would like to play this mod with an xbox controller. I just like it better than a mouse and keyboard. Unfortunately when trying to play the mod the controller just seemed to not have any effect. For reference i use a controller through Steam Big Picture mode for Jedi Academy. The only reason i could think of as to why it wouldn't work is because the mod works through a launcher but MB2 also runs through a launcher and it works for that. Like i said im the only person in the world that would want to play this with a controller and i know when making mods there's a million more important things to do then something like this and I don't want you to nor expect you to restucture something on this mod just for a niche little problem like this so whatever. Keep up the good work:)
