KKND Frontfire is a 3D single player first person shooter adaptation of the 2D strategy game 'KKND 2: Krossfire'. It is developed by the European non-profit source mod studio "Eternal Eight Studios" from Karlsruhe Germany as a Half-Life 2 modification in the Source engine. The goal of the mod developers is similar to what Westwood Studios did with their C&C Renegade 2D/3D conversion back in the days.
