yes
I can't tell you how happy I am to see Karnage is not only back but also heavily improved! There are some small issues like the pistol's slide locking back when you switch to it or the RPG's zoom not being toggleable once you zoom in, as well as some weapons/pickups sharing the same pickup message or using the stock "you got a pickup" one, but everything is VERY tight and polished.
I only have a single suggestion: make the rifle's altfire a single powerful shot instead of a burst while keeping the same 3 round cost. The SMG already has a burst setting and has better DPS, to the point I often found myself preferring it over the rifle even at longer distances.
Also, I saw this is compatible with GZDoom 1.9 and I'm amazed at the sheer functionality and fluid animations on the weapons and quick melee. More modders should prioritize optimization like you. The quick health kit doesn't seem to penalize the player if used over 100% health yet, but I assume that's coming soon.

From what I heard about this mod it looks very similar to Litdoom, I hope it's like that because I love to suffer xD
Very cool mod would love to see more of it as this is only a demo from what it says.
