Kane's Wrath Unofficial Big Bang Patch 1.04 is a mod that adds few new things and tries to balances the game a bit more from my and the community ideas while at the same time also tries to save the most import ingredient at bay: The "fun".
Due to some critical bug I found some time ago, The armory can no longer heal allies *directly*
What I mean by that? that you can't let allies infantries go inside it to get their missing squad members back like in the older mod version (cause this what caused the critical bug I mentioned above)
But you can at least let them And Your infantries to stand next to the armory to get some healing.
Note that it can't bring missing ally's squad members back But you can still put yours (squads) inside the armory to get them all healed with all of the squad members back.

also, i've seen a mod for another C&C game that adds healnig aura to all barracks, but that mod doesn't have repair aura around war factories and tanks are not as omnipotent, so the roles of those two buildings are kinda switched.
ohohoh, also don't your mod add squad reinforcing ability to two other analogues of GDI Armory? i'm talking about Nod Shrine and that Scrin thingy. are they going to get the same treatment? they probably should, right?
You mean if I added the healing or booting ability to Nod's shrine and Scrin's I-Forgot-Its-Name structure? :P
Nod have Voice of Kane (in unlimited build unlike vanilla) to boost their people and Scrin is healed from Tib crystals and the like, it not really their style to have healing structure so I didn't added any.

That doesn't sound bad. Other than aiming to fix the bug, it pairs well with macro management defensive strategy, adding some boost to the combat value.
