Kane's Wrath Reloaded is a partial total conversion and balance mod for Command & Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars designed to change and make gameplay the way it was meant to be played. Unlike the original Kane's Wrath expansion for CNC3, this mod for CNC3 will not be played under most KW current gameplay changes and conditions. New gameplay changes, edited content and most units imported from KW and C&C4; (yes, they are real) will add and combine to the strength of the new gameplay experience for this mod.
If it wasn't for Lauren (aka Megumi) giving away such an important clue to a modder who needed helping out on editing something, I wouldn't have found out about this. It's been a very long time trying to get this change working since my beginnings of C&C3 modding. Most C&C3 and RA3 mods do not have this change.
Similar to WrathEd, adding the "AdditionalMaps" folder with a MapMetaData_Global.xml and MPGameRules.xml (inside the AdditionalMaps folder) in your mod DATA folder of the C&C3 Mod SDK should work this MP Game Rules out with a credit minimum of 5000 and a maximum of 50000 (and vice versa). That "MapMetaData_Global.xml" cannot be mentioned in the "mod.xml" file. The mod compilation will automatically add this in (just like the modified AptUI files). I believe this only works on the latest version of Bibber's modified RA3 Mod BuildStudio for C&C3.

You can't just do a tutorial for every tiny bit of xml...
To play a match starting with only 5000 credits......is going to be a bit tricky.
you can go into your C&C files and change the starting money to whatever you want
