Heavy units are so irritating sometimes. They can now only be built at Epic Unit factories for all sides except S.T. and B.H. These and many more balances are included! This art was made by Tiberium Apocalypse Modding team. I just changed the coding so that it would work in the KW SDK. The files in here, when compiled with a mod, give tiberium a more classic feel.
