All the high definition texture packs which were released by John P as well as the community at EidosForums put into one easy to use installer. Updates characters and a ton of other stuff as well. Must have! Original thread where this was released can be found at the eidosforums in "Deus Ex Classic" forum. The download link there was dead which is why I uploaded it here. Note: THIS IS NOT MY WORK

The Download page states that this mod is not compatible with Downloadable game versions like GOG, Direct2Drive etc.
This is actually not true !
You can use this mod with Steam version and GOG version (with little tweaking) and probably many other.
Great tutorial for GOG version is here (just skip all steps for Mac).
If you'll have problem running this mod with Steam version, you can find help threads on Steam forums.

Where are the mod files???
When i played this ages ago ,it was on the original xbox and it was a perfect game for the xbox at the time.
When u play it on pc ,you can see how it's an old xbox game.
That's why these textures are so useful ,as they go some way to making it look a bit more like a pc game.
The awfully tiny levels and over-simplified gameplay will never make it look like a PC game, no matter how detailed the textures are...
I really liked this game ,thought it was great and got totally immersed while playing it.
These textures are well worth downloading.
