Jagar Tharn was the antagonist in the elder scrolls: Arena and he had trapped Uriel Septim in a plane of oblivion using the staff of chaos which the point of the game was to find all of the pieces to. I plan to expand the realm of Oblivion that Uriel spend in, with this mod that creates a new plane of Oblivion to explore. I used Piratelords' Daedric Resources. I need some fellow modders for help, so please contact me. I need dialog people, Npc people, mesh people and texture people. I work on the base realm and i plan to add more realms.
