Major update to mod, changing how infantry works and further diversifying it. A couple mechs gain new abilities, and there are a couple small balance changes.

Infantry Health reduced from 100 to 60.
Bunker costs greatly reduced.
Sandbags are free and build time decreased greatly.
Barbed Wire build time greatly decreased.
