Things are going well for Iron Grip: The Oppression, the last art packages are well on their way to completion along with the new GUI.
First we?d like to start with a fun little off-topic report.
Last month, Iron Grip?s team leader Vincent van Geel (Ome Vince) attended Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) in L.A.
While he was bouncing between Starbucks and the convention he managed to take some pictures which we?d like to share with you:
*Monday, the silence before the storm as the showrooms are closed.
*New E3 booth babe rules didn?t change the beauty aspect ;)
(More images on www.isotx.com)
Now on to the good stuff! Other than being busy working to get Iron Grip to a near future release, we?ve also been busy detailing the universe and coloring it with brand new artworks to support the upcoming new universe website.
*Mercos City, an illustration by Nikolay Yeliseyev
*The First Maecenas airship battle, an illustration by Peter Johnston
Some time ago we announced a graphical redo of Iron Grip, starting with several re-designs.
This would delay the mod but would be worth it.
So we started creating extreme high-poly source-artwork to create detailed textures and normal maps, along with high-poly ingame models.
The first one we?d like to show you is the Are-14 Heavy Pistol.
This is a 6 barreled heavy pistol which is an old and out-dated weapon mainly used by the Resistance forces who are short in arms.
This pistol is part of a 6-weapon arsenal currently in the works, so there?s much more to come!
Stay tuned as more updates are on the way!

Why don't you link your pictures to your moddb gellery. Then we don't have to trawl through that awful flash site to get them, or try to find them in your Moddb profile.
And I have to say, good artwork here
Looking great! It would be nice to see your images in your ModDB image gallery. If you don't have the time, I'm sure you can find someone around here who would be willing to chuck the images in there for you.
They ARE in there. For some reason they feel the need to link to their site instead :|
Ploy for extra hits?
