1.Download the Ion Domination Mod

2.Install Ion Domination Mod on the Directory of yuri's revenge
3.Download ARES and put it to the directory:https://launchpadlibrarian.net/186473896/ares_0.8.zip
4.Now youre done,download Tunngle:https://www.tunngle.net/en/
5.Install Tunngle
6.Turn Off your Firewall and Allow This Program through Public And Private
=Launcher.exe (Locate on your tunngle folder)
=Tunngle.exe (Locate on your tunngle folder)
=TnglCtrl.exe (Locate on your tunngle folder)
7.Change Your Network Location into Home Network Location
8.Restart your computer(It Takes effect)
9.Download Yuri's Revenge Wsock32.dll:http://www.2shared.com/file/DCTHY--R/Wsock_for_Yuris_revenge.html
10.Register on Tunngle(If you don't have one)
11.Launch Tunngle and search in the search box Yuri' Revenge and find my room named Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge Ion Domination M (M means MOD)
12.If Doesnt found Join Command & Conquer: Red Alert 2 - Yuri's Revenge and Find my name PLAYERSTOBEONLINE and add me friend and Request me if you wnat to play with me
