Years after the destruction of Brennenburg castle, Albert Marcus Addison, a famed soldier of Prussia, departed from a still ongoing war, having been released from duty for unknown reasons. His destination after leaving the victorious battle of Kolding was his home village, Woodpine, his heart set to return to his beloved wife,Emma. However, things are not the same around these part, as they once were. Darkness roams the woods, the frightened people linger in their homes.It is up to Albert to resolve the issue and continue his life with his beloved wife.
