As you know, Soviets and Yuri forces were defeated by Allies. It would seem - enemies are won, celebrate a victory.
But not here that was... War has exhausted forces of the Alliance, there were many dissatisfied leaders and generals. In a consequence, grouping consisting of some generals and the high-ranking officials have organized RA - the Robotics Alliance. Creation of army of robots, strong and ruthless was main principle RА.
And generals who remained are devoted to the Alliance have created Protective Union which is necessary on the soldiers, considering that the skilled soldier, than the thoughtless bot is better.
Soviets uses this situation, and they prepare for the uprising.
And NOW who will win - to you to solve, general.
You will see:
- Classical Red Alert II + YR Add-on units in 3D. Not including Yuri!
- New fractions: Robotics Alliance, Protective Union, and Soviets.
