What version does it need to run? I try to run this mod on 1.03, and it crashes. Only 0.98 working for me.

v1.00 is compatible with rebellion 1.04-1.041 :)

if you run it via steam it should be updated automatically, if you have the retail version, you should open up impulse/game stop and update it via there

Nothing much actually, this version was more of a "let's get it to work in 1.04" :)
check the readme file in the downloaded archive, most changes are in the "general" and faction specific parts under "Gameplay Changes".

And can you make escaping pods fly out when big ships going down?
