The Anomalous Materials incident was just a diversion, an excuse for the
government take over of Black Mesa. Now that the sinister angent known only
as "The Administrator" has complete control over the BM laboratories his
real work has begun.A lone scientist has evaded the Administrator's grasp and contacted you
(Gordon Freeman). He tells you that the Administrator has ordered the
construction of a powerful dimensional device, codename "Infinite Rift"You are the only one with the courage required to go up against the

some gameplay of this forgotten masterpiece
Nice mod!
This mod has some of the best level design I’ve seen… And one of the few mods that tackles Xen environment, and manages to do it pretty dam well (eventhough we don’t see the floating islands) we get alot of interior Xen. Some may find the first half a bit average and some of it is! but I found it be very much like Black Mesa with some new locations like a Mainframe.
I found the ending to be bit tough due to the new puzzle and what I had to do that Hoota wasn’t around to say.
The challenge is pretty high except for the coming against a pair of alien grunts, I find it weird how the always come in pairs. When realistically speaking they should come in packs as they are a very warrior like species.
The gameplay is top notch for the first half but begins to drop towards the end where you’re not fighting grunts anymore but that is always to be expected when fighting aliens (the solution therefore is to give us more alien grunts to fight at once).
We get to see some surprises towards the end as the mod extensively uses teleporters or the infinite rift as you can call it (like mixing Xen and the real world) .
Nobody can be happy about Gordon Freeman getting shafted but what can you do
