This mod is not at all great, I only give it a 3/10 because I'm generous. The issue is that, for a single beta module, it looks outright hideous, the map has fake nations in non-historical positions, and locations ripped out of Mount and Blade's original Native module, not at all renamed. Cities like Hyderabad do not look like they've been hand built, and the city locations, oh my god..
This mod is a pretty poor start, it looks super rushed and unfinished and almost artificial, ripping stuff from other games and not focusing on the simple thing that is HISTORICAL ACCURACY. I only hope for this to grow and make better things and fix gthe goddamn map, it looks hideous to me personally.
The mod has a good idea, I had a bit of fun playing it, but it still lacks basic things like the game map and its historical inaccuracies, the date the game starts that has nothing to do with the mod title, I liked some British uniforms, but still lacking uniforms for other nations, the map is not very well modeled, with wrong city locations, banners of cities that have nothing to do with your faction, and many others.
I give it 5 as you have a good idea and if these bugs are fixed, and more stuff is added, it can make this a great mod.
And for those who have the error "can't read CommonRes/1776-1860.brf" when opening the game, just copy the .brf files from the mod's "resource" folder to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\ steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\Modules\India 1782\Resources" and paste them into the "CommonRes" folder of the main game folder under "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\MountBlade Warband\CommonRes"
