This project is the continuation of our work in Warband crusade MOD "In the Name of Jerusalem". We will continue to extend and improve the old settings. The new campaign map will expand to the Upper Danube, the Nile Delta, the Dinaric Alps, and Transcaucasia. The Bulgarian Empire and Grand Principality of Serbia will be added. Kingdom of Georgia, the Saltukids and the Artuqids (probably Eldiguzids) may comes later. The timeline still starts from 1187, but we will try to add more interesting historical events until 1204 - including the Fourth Crusade.

Could maybe reduce the specular on the clothing, it looks a bit synthetic and plasticey due to the shininess. Otherwise great job.

It's silk, always silk. Knights don't use linen or woolen as surcoat, otherswise they won't need a bad material over their shining mail hauberk

Wow I never heard that. A quick web-search don't provide much about the material of the surcoats, but I also wonder if silk was so widespread that lesser nobles like knights could afford them.

Wait... What about the satin fabric? I used to think they used it, sorry, silk is way too expensive. I know that during this time the surcoats were not that common as they were in the 13th century, but still...

It's not the shininess that's off, silk is indeed shiny. It's the weave pattern. Silk has a very fine and uniform pattern, whereas the bumps/lines on this are large and irregular, making it look like it has a very large and low quality weave.
The texture would make a very convincing waterproof tarp, to be fair. Just not silk.
No offense btw, just being critical. The helmet and mail both look very good!
