This project is the continuation of our work in Warband crusade MOD "In the Name of Jerusalem". We will continue to extend and improve the old settings. The new campaign map will expand to the Upper Danube, the Nile Delta, the Dinaric Alps, and Transcaucasia. The Bulgarian Empire and Grand Principality of Serbia will be added. Kingdom of Georgia, the Saltukids and the Artuqids (probably Eldiguzids) may comes later. The timeline still starts from 1187, but we will try to add more interesting historical events until 1204 - including the Fourth Crusade.

All of this models are so colorful, was that really a thing back then? Or is it on purpose to show off the models or to embellish the battlefields?
You would think that they would paint tissues with pretty basic colors if any, in a way that it standardizes, accelerates and cuts costs on the production process. I think you should only expect this level of customization(that you have been showing) on more elite and expensive equipment.

People in the past tend to wear colourful clothes in a surprisingly degree from the modern general impression that is created by Hollywood and Victorian era writing. Generally speaking, this one is above the average but remember that this is the Basilius (Emperor) of the Roman Empire (Byzantium). We do have research into the colours and dyes at the time.
