Improved BL:TPS mod for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel

Hi! This is Improved BL:TPS. This is the exact same as my BL2 mod.This mod does the following:- Removes all black outlines- Removes cell shading- No intro Cutscenes- Much better FPSI will be uploaded a high end version in the future that focuses more on graphical improvement. To apply this mod, do the following.
The instructions are easy.
1. Make sure to have a clean install of Borderlands TPS.
2. Navigate to C:\Users\USERNAME\Documents\My Games\Borderlands The Pre Sequel\WillowGame\Config\
3. Drag and drop the file I provided into the folder. (you may want to back up the old file, but you don't have to because each time you delete the game those files reset, even with steam cloud save.)
4. Enjoy! :)

If this file doesn't work, contact me and we'll sort it out.

One more thing, I believe that the updates reset the INI files, so you may have to apply it again.

How does it work, you may ask?

Well, this isn't exactly your typical mod. This requires far less work. All I'm doing is messing with the .INI files to disable alot of features that make it look cell shaded (which I severely dislike) and in doing so also greatly increases performance.

READ ME ::::: The game will sometimes override the old file. To fix this all you need to do is re-download the file, and after transferring it right click and set it to READ ONLY. To tell which file is which, the WillowEngine that I have uploaded should say it was last modified in 2015.
