Excellent atmoshphere!
Just a quick observation, the ground looks to flat and barren. Add some rocks, some trees, maybe a pond or two with a creek flowing out of it, and the landscape will look much better.
You're right, it looks like it is flat. But don't worry at all, it is not, that's just the picture! ^^
On the left you can see another farm. In fact this "empty space" is a battlefield.
