- Character Randomization
In Free For All, everytime you spawn, a random model will be picked for your character. Skin and body groups are randomly chosen.
While in Team-Based-Modes the randomization is more narrowly set for each Faction.

Upper-Receiver/Bolt-Carrier/Slide racking, audible cues that give your position away.
With rifles it's possible to do a quick reload by skipping racking, if you change mags before expiring the last bullet.
Equipment Changes:
Heals 150hp with faster healrate. Regular medkit heals 50.

- Casings are scaled by distance to the camera, to make them more noticeable further away. At all the close ranges the casings will be sized true for realism, while the camera zoomed out will have the casings scale up.

Guys I really need help exporting a custom player model out of maya and putting the qc file into studiomdl its really ******* me off I cant find a tutorial anywhere. I've been trying for hours and days and you seem good at it so can you please help me!
Start by compiling an existing model that works and from there replace the mesh with yours and rig that. In HYP we dropped the marine models and used the example dod character model from sdk2007. So yeah, that has all the sources. We also ported the old act tables and anim states from the old SDK. Which is quite a bit of work but I still don't recommend the marine models from ASW since their skeleton is different due to their exoskeleton.
what folder is this example dod model in?
\Steam\SteamApps\<YOURUSERNAME>\sourcesdk_content\sdk\models\player\
There is the blue directory which contains the American model and red folder contains the German model.
Really need to decrease casing size :P
