I really loved the Hybrid version of Alyx in Cinematic Mod 10, but was bummed when it was no longer available. So I made it work with all versions of the Character Pimper.
Before anything you need WinRar to unpack my file Hybrid Alyx.
Here are the links for it:
Download.cnet.com for 64 bit.
Firstly you have to install, run, and configure Half-Life 2, Episode One , and Episode Two before doing anything with the Cinematic Mod.
Without all three games Cinematic Mod will not work since it relies on all of them.
I just run the selected game, set up the display setting, then close the game.
After that install Source SDK and Source SDK Base 2007, to do so open your Steam Library, hover your mouse over the Library tab, and select Tools.
Be sure to read Install instructions, Hardware requirements, and Software requirements on one of the FakeFactory Cinematic Mod pages.
I recommend the CM2013 page found here: Cinematicmod.com.
When your selected version of Cinematic Mod is downloaded and saved in a preferred file location I would put my Hybrid Model file within that file so they are together.
Then run the Cinematic Mod installer saying yes or Ja to each prompt given. For Microsoft Visual C++ select repair then hit next.
When everything is installed with no errors copy and paste the files located in Hybrid Alyx to this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\CM2013.
I am using CM2013 but older versions install the file in this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\sourcemods.
Next open the Character Pimper file and run the Character Pimper.
Install models by clicking the image for both the category and the file, then click install for each one.
When that is complete go back to the main Cinematic Mod file and add the Launcher for each game to your desktop or task bar by dragging it there.
Finally run the selected game and enjoy.
Thanks for using my Hybrid Alyx file for Cinematic Mod.
PS. I no longer play Half-Life 2 myself because I get depressed about the fact I'll be dead before Half-Life 3 ever releases, Valve!!!!

The file is really too big. You can use this one. Simply copy into the Cinematic mod 2013 installation folder and use Character Pimper:
