Rebirth is an upcoming game modification that seeks to add more depth to the gameplay, as well as new races. While we are looking to add new game mechanics, we also want to ensure that we'll end up releasing a dynamic, fast paced game that is strategically deep, and offers interesting interactions. Meanwhile we also want to ensure that balance is a #1 priority. In the future, we are looking to add new races, too. We are also drafting concepts for a single player campaign.

Myname1z4xs has certainly accepted the challenge; I can see how these ships could fit in with the Vaygr fleet. Since criticism is what I do: one niggle with the lower cruiser is the missile tubes seem dangerously close to its sensor antennae. Also remember vanilla ships have large patches with no team colors.

Do the cruisers have any modular slots?

Description

Designed to be a heavy Destroyer, but also a glass cannon, the Pulse Laser Destroyer will take on capital ships at long range, but will be in trouble when facing a concave of frigates as it has to turn its nose against its targets.

The Missile Cruiser is looking to be a transition between Destroyers and Battlecruisers, and will fire at either a faster rate, or we'll put on another launcher - this is still being discussed.
