Modders: The SFC3 HardPoint Placer v1.9.9 FINAL may no longer work with Windows 10. In order to get it to run properly on Windows 10, you will need to download and install Java Platform SE binary (jre-8u72-windows-i586). You can find the file from legitimate download sites or Oracle's website.
