the top looks a bit odd...
too clean, or maybe more blurry texture will work better?
Maybe you are right, I very "tightly" mapped roof texture on the model (it has 1024x1024 pixels resolution, but with so tight mapping I wanted to achieve greater sharpness; for situations when player will be on the roof of building). About "too clean" - I think that original blurry textures look little "dirty" just because of low resolution.
