Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind mod |

In Oblivion you can buy houses. You pay the gold, get a key and go to your house. Simple. Why not in Morrowind? This mod will add a building in Ebonheart and Balmora (Solstheim later perhaps) where you can buy houses in the different cities and villages and will add more houses and some NPC's willing to sell their house. (I put it under Realism and Realistic sim because it's adding some realism with the ability to get a house) This mod should not conflict with furniture and decorating mods so feel free to use one to re-arrange the houses.

The bulk of the progress will be on weekends. That's because of school. I hope to fully release it or at least a beta by the end of the month. If it takes longer then that's no problem. Although I would like to have it at least in late beta by the end of the month. I will be starting with the houses and buildings then moving on to NPC's, keys and the scripts. I am not working with anyone else on it but if you do want to help it would be greatly appreciated and you will be given credit.
