The galaxy, the largest frontier to travel.

Intelligent life is found everywhere, many races travel along the stars, some form empires, some just stay on a single world.

But the growing races in space keep setting their goals, achievement of something new is a glorious victory.
Seeing each race has a different society and a way of life, contact was very difficult to set up.

Some races could live peacefully with each other, while some others couldn't, both wars and alliances showed up, many things happened. So many events that they are long forgotten for each reason how it got started.

On a certain moment, a insect race known as the Crypt created a major discovery in travelling and energy technology, a discovery that could make others call them nearly gods.

They called it "Spiral Energy", a spiral formed energy that could be created out of nearly nothing, resulting in an enormous amount of output for the tiny resources that is needed for conversion.

The Crypt however, were a friendly civilization and therefore invented a "chain" of transporting networks to use for anyone at anytime.

This network formed a region known as "The Chain of Worlds" where a kind of council keeps many different types of spacefaring races together.

Outside of this region, many wars are being fought, many races are curious how the Crypt use this technology and therefore wish to acquire it by conquest. Due to the large amount of wars and many factions eager to conquer the Crypt, the Spiral technology was nearly lost.

Special structures are still left from the great war, powered by massive "Spiral Energy" stations which form large checkpoints of trade routes, while exploration teams from many races search for more ruins and leftovers of the Crypt, who vanished mysteriously.

One of the oldest and most powerful "gate" structures was constructed near a planet known as Earth.

Humanity started its great dream, to travel along the stars and is now the youngest faction in space.
A separate large and powerful syndicate who call themselves the Gangu, have left their home planet Earth in search for a new home, to start a new empire free of the massive corruption on Earth.

Each faction has their reasons to fight in space around the Chain in search for more power, more wealth and more territory.
