The Crossfire mod is a continuation of the HW2 story. Sort of an 'unofficial expansion' if you prefer. We are expanding on the original story, gameplay, and units. Keeping the original 'feel', yet adding to the experience.

that ship way below the ship your showing is that? the progenitor Foundry? how did you do this!? now i am really dying to play this mod!
Yes it is, and it even docks the Dreadnaught in the rear like it was said to be able to do. We are using it as the Progenitor's mothership.
If the Dreadnaught can dock with it, must be the original size i think
needs to be extremely big. And that ship I think it was vertical like the Sajuuk and has twin dreadnaught berths. I have been searching for that ship is really amazing.
I agree, I reckon that the Foundary should be tall as opposed to wide... It was shown on it's side (in relation to the picture above) in a cutscene in HW2...
It is very, very large, and we decided to make it flat as that is more original, and fits the look of the Shipyard better. Also, there is no way to know whether the cutscene showed the side or the top of the ship so it is open to speculation.
hmm... true... and if it was as large as the cutscene made it out to be then having the Dreadnaught twist into the dock might introduce awkward manouvers...
It's just not symmetrical... that's my one and only concern!
