isn't that a little bit overpowered ;D
Not really because:
1. It's overpriced (11500 RUs plus high maintenance cost)
2. It launches all the Nukes at once and can kill most other Battlecruisers with one shot, but it also reloads very slowly. So it has no second chance if it has missed the shot
3. All its 20 Nukes are the tactical kind like those found on the Anti-Material Frigate. These nukes can deal huge amount of damage to enemy subsystems. causing even greater collateral damage to the enemy capital ships (i.e. most Hiigaran capital ships), but they are not so great against other kinds of capital ships that don't have many subsystems on them (i.e. Progenitor warships). In the latter case, although some ships may survive 20 nuclear strikes (LOL~really), they are still likely to be paralyzed by the EMP.
Slmething I would really call a Battlecruiser.
