yes it is pretty stable considering the complexity of this mod. read the PDF manual in the RAR, all your other questions are answered in there
AI is a cheater and overpowered/. After 10 min starts special abiity spamming. On Standart difficulty. Just fix this please.

If you are new to this mod, I recommend you to play against easy enemy and turn off "AI Augmented Skills" in skirmish settings (and perhaps don't fight the Progenitor). If that's still not enough, just get yourself an ally and enbale "Share RUs" in skirmish settings.
For most players familiar with this mod (no matter whether your play style is attack or defense), I think the level of difficulty is actually not enough. The learning curve of this mod for beginners could be steep, but once you get familiarized with the tech tree and gameplay, you'll beat Expert CPU players very easily because you know the advantages and shortcomings of each race...
I think it is the best mod for homeworld there is. Thank you very much for the hard work it is very much appreciated.
