A lot of the work used in Quiver is original Valve content. Development seen on the Moddb does not necessarily represent the current/finalized progress of Quiver.
A remake of "Office Warrens" chapter presented by Valve as "First Playable" milestone. Most scripted scenes from this level were moved to another places of the game, and Zombies were replaced by Vortigaunts.
Looks the same as that map from Office Complex but with zombies instead
That's because it is. Though since this is an early version of the level, somethings are different in terms of design/gameplay.

This is how the beta blood renders in retail Half-Life. Spawn cine_blood entity in Hammer and activate it using button/trigger - you'll see.
