The goal of Half-Life 2 : MMod is to enhance and expand gunplay, combat mechanics and the immersion factor by giving the Player more options and combat opportunities as well as refine how the Player handles his arsenal. Half-Life 2 : MMod also offers minor AI enhancements, extended abilities for combine soldiers, multiple bug fixes, enhanced visuals, VFX re-design, sound redesign and much much more, while keeping nearly every new feature in the mod totally optional.
This compatibility patch will allow you to play through Southernmost Combine with the revisions gameplay and visuals enhancements that Half-Life 2: MMod has to offer.

Q: But there's already a patch for Southernmost Combine up on HL2: MMod's addons section! Isn't this patch unnecessary?
A: I'm already aware of the fact that there is a patch up for Southernmost Combine - this is why this release is labeled as a "Redux" release, meaining that it should be better than the original release in every possible way.

I've got a problem with ironsights. The patch includes proper ironsights for guns from Southern Combine (like P226), but guns from HL2 (like shotgun) use zooming instead. Installing default ironsights from MMod package fixes vanilla guns, but breaks guns from the mod. Is it possible to do anything with this?
Other than that, patch is amazing, gives really modern look and feel to the mod

I can't start a new game what is happening
You need half life 2 episode 2 to run the ultimate edition. There is a patch to use sdk2013 if you dont have ep2
