The goal of Half-Life 2 : MMod is to enhance and expand gunplay, combat mechanics and the immersion factor by giving the Player more options and combat opportunities as well as refine how the Player handles his arsenal. Half-Life 2 : MMod also offers minor AI enhancements, extended abilities for combine soldiers, multiple bug fixes, enhanced visuals, VFX re-design, sound redesign and much much more, while keeping nearly every new feature in the mod totally optional.
This compatibility patch will allow you to play through Half-Life 2: Episode Three - The Closure with the revisions gameplay and visuals enhancements that Half-Life 2: MMod has to offer.
The bug when player not taken any damage in chapter northern arctic still there weird :\
Move or delete the save folder in the original mod's folder, see if that does something.
I think problem is, after the cut scene barney drive the ship take gordon always and on to the next map the bug was happen. Btw this your first patches so congrats :))
I guess that could be the reason why. I mean I had the same problem back when I played the first The Closure Mmod patch.
When that happened to me, I just loaded a save from before that chapter and used the console to warp to the arctic chapter to fix it. IIRC you could also load that chapter from the menu, but you would lose the "more enemies" setting if you chose that at the beginning of the playthrough.
I just found out that it has something to do with The Closure's binaries. Since it's a problem in the binaries, I can't edit them, nor can they be edited.
Now I can suffer in badass mode
I hate to be al mean, butt here is already such a patch listed here?
That one is for the 1.2 version of Mmod. I made this one for the new version.
I hate to rain on your parade, but they're back compatible. the old one still works just fine. They recommended you wipe everything MMod related in the update, but re-installing it it works.
When I open the game and start a new game, I don't load the map.
Why is this happening to me?
You need to have the original mod installed for the MMod compatibility patch of that mod to work.
Gives Library client error, original game is installed.
I'm sorry, I don't know why your getting that problem with my patches, along with my Resistance Element patch. Maybe something's wrong with your computer. I redownloaded it, and it works fine.
Not sure how that's possible. I don't see a folder called 'bin_episodic' for the gamebin path. Looks like an error in gameinfo file. After I changed it to just 'bin' the game works. There's nothing wrong with my computer, other Mmods work.
