Story
Isolation carries on from where Half-life left off. After being
given two options by the G-Man, to work for his Employers
or re-face your own personal holocaust. with really, little choice, you step through the portal.
All you can hear is your heavy breathing as you stare into darkness. Then a slow rumbling begins and before you know it you are thrown out of the Portal to find yourself in an Elevator moving slowly down its dark shaft. When the Elevator eventually reaches to a halt, the doors open to a dark gloomy corridor, you can hear the sound of machinery and steam hissing sharply from pipes above you.
You slowly step out of the Elevator and walk down the corridor, reaching the end you are mildly startled to find a scientist greeting you on his way to the Elevator you just arrived in. You recognize him as one of the Scientists you met in reception from Black Mesa before the disaster. How did he get here? Why is he here? Why are you here? What the hell is going on?
Not certain where you are or where you are going you continue deeper into the complex...

Everyone on the mod has been working their hardest and as a result we have some nice looking to stuff to show you.
Fury, the newest addition to the team has produced two rather stunning barney models and dux has skinned them to make them look even better.
Snotball's MP5 is now on show and this was also skinned by dux. We also have one new level screenshot as well.
Also i'd like to add that Dark Raven over at Frontline Message Board was kind enough to interview me and you can read that here.

No, no public betas, will be released as a finished mod.
hmmm, the op4 grunt's AI is dumb compare with Hgrunts, but better compare when with the old barney or scientist, hehe at least they can give a cover fire, & it's there gonna be a public beta before the finished version?
I never found the A.I to dumb in Opposing Force, the pathfinding was a little questionable at times - but it worked sufficiently throughout for me. We will be making alterations to the code to provide improved A.I for the NPC's. As we all know, they can get a little bit stuck sometimes.
The Marine's arn't on your side, but that doesen't mean they won't help you at some point.
